Members are asked to declare any interests in the items under consideration and in doing so state:

To consider the attached report outlining the outcome of the self-assessment exercise.

To receive an update on the Alcohol Action Plan arising from the meeting on the 19th December 2012

| 6. | STRATEGIC COMMISSIONING GROUP UPDATE
To receive an update on the Strategic Commissioning Group since the last meeting (report to follow) |
